FEES
Fees are calculated based on the schedule below. Any coupon codes provided will be calculated off the total price prior to payment. Group services may be provided in-person or via video conference. The regular hourly fee will apply for late pick-up.

PAYMENT
Payment will be processed via Stripe using the credit card information provided by the family. All credit card information will be stored through a PCI compliant system. Alternate arrangements can be made to pay for services in advance through Zelle.
To use the online payment service, an account will be created for the family. The family must provide accurate and complete information. The family is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on the account, whether expressly authorized by the family or not. The family is responsible for keeping the account password secure. The family may change the password at any time by updating the account profile. In addition, the family agrees to immediately notify Peak Academics of any unauthorized use of its password or account. Peak Academics will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or related to a failure to secure the account and password.
Peak Academics is not liable for any actions by Stripe or any other third-party vendor processing payments, or any interaction between you and the third-party vendor.
Peak Academics reserves the right to suspend services and/or cancel this agreement if payments are not made on time or for any reason.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
For group offerings, no refunds or credits are given for missed classes, late arrivals or early departures. Peak Academics will, however, issue a refund if the program session is cancelled due to low enrollment or if a conflict, such as an instructor illness, arises.
NO WARRANTIES
Although research indicates that students who obtain support for homework, test preparation, and other skill support may show significant improvement in their performance, we make no promises or warranties with regards to the result of our services.
SUPERVISION
If the student is under the age of 18, a guardian (or an adult approved by a guardian) must be on the premises during in-home sessions. If no adult is present, then the session will be considered cancelled. Discuss alternate arrangements, such as a public meeting place, if necessary. Group offerings at public locations are drop-off only and multiple adults will be on-site for supervision.
RELEASE
Peak Academics may use images, videos, or reproductions featuring the student or student's work free of charge for promotional, advertising or other lawful purposes; provided such use does not feature the student’s name.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Peak Academics, LLC, its managers, members, owners and independent contractors are released from liability of any accident, illness, injury, or death or damage to personal property associated with activities during services.
